I have the right to decline the client’s commission that I am not comfortable with.

Rude or unsavory behavior will not be tolerated.

I maintain the rights to my work.

Commissions may be streamed as I work on them unless the client has specified not to.

Commissions will be posted on my social media for advertising and in my portfolio. If you want to keep the model a surprise, please let me know. I will refrain from posting anything until after the reveal.

The client is responsible for providing a rig ready model in a PSD file to be rigged.

If corrections need to be made to the model art, the client must be able to contact their artist to make these fixes.

The client must be 18 years or older to commission.

Rigged models may be used for commercial purposes.

My work will not be used for or associated with AI or NFTs.

You will receive the .moc3 file and all the files needed to run on Vtube Studio.

.cmo3 files are not included.

.cmo3 files can be purchased for a 50% fee

My work is completely digital. Nothing physical will be shipped

All payments will be made through invoices via PayPal.

The rush fee is %50 of your commission.

Full or Partial payment must be made before I work on your commission.

If the client fails to finish full payment, I reserve the right to halt the project until full payment is made.

Once a payment has been made there are no cancellations or refunds. Please, think carefully before commissioning.

If making partial payments the model files will only be released to you, the client, once full payment has been made.

If the client fails to respond after a month of me reaching out for feedback, your order will be cancelled and there will be no refund.

In the event that I cannot complete a commission, a partial refund will be issued along with the current files for said project.

If the client files a chargeback without contacting me first will result in automatically being blacklisted.

The work time may change depending on the complexity of the model and how many toggles are requested.

Holidays and weekends are not included in my work days.

The turnaround time may be changed due to power outages, natural disasters, accidents, and equipment failure. You will be notified as soon as possible.

I will notify you if I see that the model will take longer than usual.

You will receive updates and previews as I work to get your feedback.

I will hold onto rigging files for 1 year in total. Please, remember to back up your files.

You may not claim my work as your own.

You may use my work for personal and commercial purposes (Posting on social media, video making, streaming, etc.)

When using the model, the client must credit me by using the name Kei Nightshade or ZombieKei (or @NightshadeKei on Twitter).

If you plan to sell or give away the model, please notify me. I will not charge you anything. I just wish to know who is using my work.
